Attorney Alexandra Mora Completes Contracts with Housing Authority of New Orleans
Victory at trial! After over two years of litigation, Attorney Alexandra Mora and her team successfully persuaded the trial court to dismiss the case brought against her client, Housing Authority of New Orleans, by local developers who were doing business under the name “Lower Magazine Association”. LMA alleged a breach of contract regarding the sale of scattered site properties owned by HANO. The case has been appealed by LMA. LMA v. HANO, Case No. 2014-11644, Civil District Court, Orleans Parish.
Previously, Attorney Mora represented HANO in a case brought by BFNO Properties Inc. That case involved section 8 housing vouchers and related matter.
